Methods Population studiedThis was a cross-sectional study in which 148 five to ten year old children of both sexes took part.The study was approved by the Ethics in Research Committee of the Nove de Julho University (UNINOVE), report n° 69799/2012.The respective legal representatives of the children evaluated read and signed a Free and Clarified Term of consent before the evaluations.
