To optimize energy conservation, addressing heat dissipation and converting waste heat into valuable energy emerges as a promising avenue, this study introduces a device engineered to harness waste heat from industrial and domestic processes, channeling it into charging batteries. In this process, the finite element method is utilized to optimize the number of thermoelectric sensors needed for generating ample voltage to charge batteries. Then, the device's experimental trials affirm its efficacy in converting waste heat into usable energy, showcasing its feasibility and potential practicality. This innovative approach not only capitalizes on otherwise lost thermal energy but also contributes to a more sustainable energy landscape by transforming waste into a valuable resource, marking a significant stride towards eco-conscious energy solutions.
