For wireless transmissions in interference channels, each user designs the transmit covariance matrix to maximize the sum received power at a nearby radio-frequency (RF) energy harvester while satisfying the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio requirement of its own receiver. The multiple transmitters concentrate their RF radiation on the energy harvester to boost the received power. In this letter, a decentralized method is developed for the wireless transmissions in interference channels that achieve the maximum received power at the energy harvester. It is implemented with transmitter coordination. Simulation and experimental results verify the transmission design and show the performance improvement of RF energy harvesting.
