Repair patches enhance theorem block validity in submitted findings, suggesting ongoing questions.
Drop-in repair patches for the theorem block T3.2-T6.1 of IMM Paper 13, following a registered line-by-line verification pass (2026-08-02) with committed certificate scripts and an independent zero-code-reuse re-verification (2026-08-03). Findings F-P13-1..5: the infinite-prime potential of T3.2 is pointwise divergent and is replaced by a cutoff form plus a renormalized form (essential self-adjointness via Faris-Lavine; boundedness below relocated to an open question); T4.1 is repaired to odd-order scope with the even-order counterexample certified numerically; T5.1 is verified with two cosmetic corrections; T6.1's Thouless constant is corrected by a factor of 4 and the Kotani corollary is demoted to Conjecture 7.2. Patches only, to be merged into the canonical source on the author's instruction. Nothing in this document bears on the truth of the Riemann Hypothesis.
