By the end of 2019, the Covid-19 virus was causing concern around the world. It quickly claimed Indonesian government attention – especially as the government was already anticipating a spread of online education technology around the world that was already underway. The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture appealed to educators for help in the creation of online programs.
