As a heater, a theoretical double quantum dot–metal nanoparticle (DQD‐MNP) structure is proposed. The work is performed using our laboratory MATLAB software, MAOUD‐37, which is recognized for its accurate representation of material properties. The energy difference ( Δ T ) is studied for many matrices that are used to grow DQD‐MNP, and Δ T is arranged according to the higher dielectric constant of the matrix material. GaAs gives the highest Δ T due to its high absorption, and its contribution is at a wavelength near that of InAs Quantum dots (QDs) and can be added to the QD contribution in increasing the temperature. The high Δ T is obtained at a wide MNP radius and also at a short DQD‐MNP separating distance (strong coupling). Here, using a pulse time 100 ns at 5 × 10 2 W/cm 2 , the temperature difference Δ T obtained is seven times higher than that obtained from an MNP structure using a pulse with a time of 1000 ns at 10 4 W/cm 2 . One can expect that Δ T at three orders higher can be obtained from the DQD‐MNP structure. Obtaining higher temperatures with a low‐power pulse over a short exposure time is of great importance in biomedical applications. The pulse power is more efficient than the pulse time in increasing Δ T .
