Interstitial pregnancy is an uncommon form of ectopic gestation that can be difficult to diagnose. Present management often consists of an exploratory laparotomy with resection of the cornual portion of the uterus or hysterectomy. Laparoscopic management of tubal ectopic gestations is becoming common. This report describes a case of interstitial pregnancy managed successfully by laparoscopy, resulting in a shorter hospital stay and a quicker recovery time than would have been expected had a laparotomy been performed.
