In the development of rapid immunosensor for Rice Tungro Spherical Virus (RTSV) detection using chronoamperometry measurement, right constant current value of set potential is important to be determined. Current signal generated from the reaction of antibody-HRP conjugate with TMB substrate were scanned from -0.6 V to 0.6 V for seven different samples and graph signal over background ratios were plotted. Analysis of the graph showed that most of the samples exhibited different values of current signal but the signal were at the set potential of 0.2 V. Therefore, 0.2 V was chosen as the suitable set potential which will be used in the future experiment.
