The suggestion system, a seventy-seven-year-old idea, is paying off for sponsoring businesses and their employees. This research study provides purposes and benefits of the suggestion system; an examination of factors concerning its utilization status; an evaluation of statements relative to deterrents, employee benefits, and employer benefits; and considerations toward the successful implementation and administration of a suggestion system. A successful suggestion system does not cost—it pays.
