Objective To analyze the relationship between the job burnout and the psychological condition of medical interns.Methods A total of 77 interns were assessed by SCL-90 and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey ( MBI-GS).Results The interns were found to experience job burnout.Relatively, the interns had a good condition of their psychological health, and the job burnout were not statistically associated by the condition of their psychological health.The interns from Nanjing Medical University suffered from somatization, anxiety and emotional exhaustion more seriously than that of Shanghai Jiaotong University.Conclusion The medical interns were found to experience job burnout, however no statistical association between the job burnout and the psychological condition of medical interns.
