Conflict resolution mechanisms, trust and perception of conflict in contractual agreements

Given that conflict is inevitable in inter-firm relationships, an important question then arises: how is this conflict best managed? This research is interested in determining which conflict resolution mechanisms are constructive and which are destructive, through analysing perception of managers of European Biotechnology SMEs.
