The construction of sports tourism destinations is significant to the local economy. Therefore, this paper provides long-term strategies for investment operators through game analysis. On the basis of field investigation, we establish a differential game model of sports tourism destination construction based on blockchain technology. One leading capital investor and multiple subsidiary capital investments are involved in the project's construction. Consumers prefer traceable information, and the higher-level government has two strategies: no subsidy and subsidizing the prominent capital investors. The results show that an increase in consumer sensitivity to traceable information increases the service provider's price, investment, capital, and profit. Compared to no subsidy, subsidy does not affect the price of services for both types of capital and investment in subsidiary capital; however, consumer demand, investment in subject capital, and profits for both kinds of investment operators increase monotonically with the rate of subsidy. These findings are essential for STDs' long-term investment, business strategy, and government subsidy strategy.
