Ferroelectric solar cells were fabricated by using the inorganic–organic hybrid perovskite materials, and power conversion efficieny as high as 6.7% had been obtained based on the MAPbI 3−x Cl x thin film. This work provides an alternative avenue for high-performance ferroelectric solar cells beyond inorganic ferroelectric oxides.
