COVID-19 is highly infectious disease. Respiratory droplets and contact transmission are the main transmission routes, other transmission routes, such as digestive tract and aerosol transmission need to be clarified. This article reports three cases of COVID-19 with viral nucleic negative in pharynx swab and positive in stool specimens during recovery period, and reviews the relevant literature, in order to raise awareness of COVID-19 transmission.
