In today's increasingly global and competitive environment, diversity is essential to the successful operation of any corporation. In order to provide a quality service experience to our customers, it is crucial to understand them. This paper examines the many reasons to embrace diversity including increased productivity, an improved product offering, reduced turnover, increased profits and improved guest satisfaction. The links between diversity and quality are also discussed.
