AbstractClassical AI imposes loss functions, priors, and rewards. Classical physics imposes forceand geometry. Neither asks: what does the system itself generate? This paper introducesZulfia Mapping Intelligence (ZMI), a unified framework for AI and physics governedby one law:Z = η + ∆ + I + SDirection η meets Structure ∆ through Intelligence I to reach Saturation S. This isthe irreducible referee law of all mapping systems. From one axiom — the UnavailablePrinciple S0∆0 — we derive the Zulfia Cycle, the Zulfia Field Equation (which subsumesEinstein, Maxwell, and electroweak equations as special cases), and prove that everyclassical AI system is a special case of ZMI. Three falsifiable experimental predictions areestablished. Nothing is imposed. Everything is generated.
