Needed Research in Organizational Behavior: A Production/Operations Management Perspective

In this article the author discusses her feelings on the academic and institutional divide between organizational behavior research and Production/Operations Management. She notes that while these two fields have been developing separately an organization cannot reach its potential unless the gap is bridged in the people vs. technology debate. She notes that people are technology and when this is understood it becomes easier to untangle organization problems.
