Three new diterpenes, spongia‐13[16], 14‐dien‐19‐oic acid (1), spongia‐13[16], 14‐dien‐19‐al [5] and spongia‐13(16), 14‐dien [7], have been isolated from the sponge Spongia officinalis and their structures determined by spectroscopic methods and chemical intercorrelations.
