A Ni 1−x Zn x S/Ni foam composite electrode with multi-layers: one-step synthesis and high supercapacitor performance

Multi-layer Ni x Zn 1−x S/Ni foam composites were synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal reaction generating in situ growth on the Ni foam. The doping of Zn into the Ni x Zn 1−x S/Ni composite constructs the multi-layer nanostructure. The as-fabricated Ni 1−x Zn x S/Ni foam-2 h supercapacitor electrode shows outstanding rate properties.
