The interstellar scintillations of three pulsars were observed at Owens Valley, California, and Arecibo, Puerto Rico, simultaneously at a frequency of 318 MHz. For PSR 1919 + 21 the records were decorrelated, implying a scintillation pattern scale smaller than the 5000-km baseline. For PSR 0834+06 and PSR 1133+ 16 the records were highly correlated with time offsets from 0 to 36 seconds. However, the offsets for PSR 1133+16 changed sign during the 4 days of observation, implying changes to the pattern drift velocity. An explanation for these changes is suggested in terms of changing refractive effects along the propagation path. Subject headings: interstellar matter - pulsars - radio sources
