In a new approach to the study of cerebrospinal fluid dynamics in man, the technique of videodensitometry is applied to myelography. Supplemental electromanometry was done to validate results. In normal patients, pulsations change relatively little with postural neck movements, but those with cervical spondylosis show a decrease of pulsation amplitude in extension. The technique shows promise.
