Measurements of the x distributions from inclusive ν_μ (ν_μ) reactions are interpreted in the quark-parton model to yield absolutely normalized momentum distributions of valence and sea quarks in the nucleon. The x distributions exhibit a small but significant dependence on energy. From the y distributions we also determine a value of R=[∫2xF₁(x)dx∫F₂(x)dx]-1, averaged over the energy interval 20 to 220 GeV.
