The Boundaries of Topological Harmonics: Null Results in Quantum Chemistry and Genetic Codons

Update (August 2026): This version includes new sections detailing the Empirical Quantum Verifications simulated via VQE, QPE, and Hamiltonian Dynamics on Qiskit/IBM Quantum architectures.
