This randomized trial demonstrates effective synchronisation in quaternion-valued neural networks, indicating a new method for control design.
This paper aims to study the asymptotic synchronisation problem of quaternion-valued neutral-type Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with mixed time-delays. A novel controller with a simpler structure is designed to achieve the control objective, and several criteria for asymptotic synchronisation of neutral-type Cohen-Grossberg neural networks based on the quaternion are presented using some inequality techniques. Unlike existing results using decomposition techniques, this paper introduces a norm method with non-decomposition to study synchronisation problems through direct analysis, this method has certain advantages, including smaller restrictions on the activation function and a simpler Lyapunov analysis process. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the main results were demonstrated through two numerical simulation experiments.
