Explores fixed points in D-nonexpansive iterated function systems, highlighting theoretical frameworks and implications.
This paper introduces and studies the novel concept of a D-nonexpansive iterated function system. For this system, several sufficient conditions are established to ensure the existence of fixed points for the associated Hutchinson–Barnsley operator. In addition, an existing fixed point result in the literature is generalised. To illustrate the theoretical findings, a number of examples are presented.
