Variations in lifestyle, eating habits, stress levels and access to healthcare [1,2] may result in significant differences in theexperience and presentation of menopausal symptoms in rural and urban populations. Moreover, Ayurveda considers that the Prakriti (psychosomatic constitution) of an individualhas an influence on their vulnerability to various symptoms [3].
