Using ORACLEs PL/SQL statements to help the data be neat and also with data preprocessing. Fault features needed for mining properties can fully reflect the fault information, use VS2010 tool programming, data can be carried out in time, space multi-dimensional queries, the researchers used software can dig out the failure rules, increase the efficiency of the data.
