Aim This study aims to explore the attitudes and satisfaction of community health volunteers toward the implementation of a tele-stroke rehabilitation platform. Methods A tele-stroke platform specifically designed for rural community health volunteers was implemented in this study. A validated survey using a 5-point Likert scale was used to assess participants’ attitudes and satisfaction. Results The attitude scores showed positive and favorable attitudes toward the telerehabilitation system, with means ranging from 4.45 to 4.70 (SD; 0.47–0.60). Satisfaction levels were high regarding the platform’s implementation, with means ranging from 4.40 to 4.70 and SD 0.47–0.50.Conclusion The study’s results demonstrate positive acceptance and receptiveness of tele-stroke rehabilitation technology, suggesting potential to enhance stroke rehabilitation services, especially in geographically underserved areas. Study limitations include a relatively small sample size and a focus on health volunteers’ perspectives, indicating a need for broader validation with larger and more diverse participant groups.
