All rights reserved Abstract: Few cases of co‐infection with cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Clostridium difficile colitis have been reported previously. We aim to raise awareness of possible CMV– C. difficile co‐infection, especially in refractory cases of C. difficile colitis.
