We have compiled data on the concentrations in human blood, plasma or serum of drugs of interest to analytical toxicologists. The entries for each drug are representative of the available information in the literature and include other pharmacological factors necessary to the proper utilization of the data. Many of the drugs studied yield active metabolites in vivo and these concentrations have also been noted where applicable.
