Introduction: For healthy weight loss, different approaches, such as diet restriction, physical exercises, and yogic methods, are usually followed by obese or overweight people.Though each method has merits and challenges, its sustainability and ease are the most enormous and significant difficulties. For example, while observing diet restriction, the individual may suffer from excessive/increased craving, development of stomach acidity, and weakness. Therefore, a holistic approach is required to achieve weight loss without suffering from cravings.Clinical findings: This manuscript is a case study in which an individual has followed dhauti, diet, and yogasana jointly.Without any medicine, the individual could reduce his weight from 93 to 72 kg within 24 months using the proposed combinatorial approach. The individual has expressed his satisfaction with this self-motivated and self-driven approach.Intervention and outcomes: Applying the combinatorial approach for weight loss has brought easy weight loss and takes care of excessive cravings, continuity, and better feeling. Conclusion: The interesting point of this combinatorial approach is that craving is reduced substantially due to dhauti. We believe this is a potential method for healthy weight loss.
