A novel hybrid supercapacitor is successfully constructed based on the 3D ordered porous TiNb ₂ O ₇ electrode (anode) and graphene grass electrode (cathode). In combination with the advantages from the lithium ion batteries and supercapacitors, this device shows superior energy density and power density with improved cycling performances.
