The aim of this research is to determine the nature of the conditioning influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on human cognitive abilities through the development of their value-based and worldview characteristics. The article analyzes the main directions of AI's influence on the human cognitive sphere, identifying the forms of impact of artificial intelligence on the subject's cognitive abilities through the prism of the development of value-based and worldview qualities of personality. The scientific novelty of the research lies in identifying the ambiguity of the influence of artificial intelligence on cognitive abilities, determining the main conditions for the strongest influence of such programs on the cognitive process, primarily the dependence on the degree of development of a person's value-based and worldview characteristics. The research establishes that the nature of AI's influence on the cognitive sphere is mediated by the degree of development of value-based and worldview qualities in a person. A subject with a developed worldview uses artificial intelligence programs as a means to improve their cognitive qualities. A subject who is insufficiently developed in this regard may not be aware of the negative cognitive consequences of interaction with AI and may not understand the usefulness of training memory and abstract thinking functions. Therefore, they may experience weakened memory and a worse ability to realize creativity. The results of the work help to understand the problems of spiritual life and are useful for the development of a methodological concept of humanitarian upbringing and education.
