Publication synthesizes various models into an integrated bioarchitectural framework, indicating a shift in biological organization.
This publication presents a comprehensive synthesis of the STAVRELLI® BIOS programme, developed across ten publications deposited in the Zenodo repository. The aim of the article is to connect the models previously dispersed among these publications into a single conceptual and instrumental architecture in which the body, nervous system, tissues, skeleton, perception, reorganizational crisis and social functioning are approached as mutually corresponding levels of a living bioarchitectonic system. The principal conclusion of the synthesis is that the STAVRELLI® BIOS publications do not constitute merely a collection of theoretical descriptions. Together, they contain complementary tools for bioarchitectonic reconstruction: tools for recognising the current configuration, mapping axes and layers, designing the direction of change, conducting Torsio–Inflexio, reorganising scaffolding, maintaining the central axis, recognising the INFERNO destabilisation threshold, updating the Perceptual Narrator and successively strengthening results through Autosynergy. The shared objective of these tools is Transdifferentiation — the transition from an established organisation towards a new logic of biological, cognitive and social organisation. STAVRELLI® BIOS is defined as the overarching research–interpretive system. Body Bioarchitecture defines the object of reconstructing the biological architecture of the body. STAVRELLI® CUBE maps multiaxial relations; STAVRELLI® SPINE organises central continuity; Distaff Waves describe woven directions; and Endo–Exo Scaffolding describes stabilisation strategies. The Perceptual Narrator describes the loop from perception to decision and reinforcement. STAVRELLI® BODY MICRO DRIVE integrates small Torsio–Inflexio changes while preserving a functional centre. INFERNO STAVRELLI® locates the critical transition from long-term compensation to layered reorganisation, while Autosynergy orders successive action in which the result of each stage strengthens the entire system’s capacity to pass through the next stage. The common axis of the programme is the transition from the current configuration towards a possible new form. Uncreated Light (Φῶς Ἄκτιστον) represents, at the operational level, potential not enclosed within the current construction, whereas Created Light (Φῶς Κτιστόν) represents order manifested in matter, boundary, relation and measurable organisation. This transition may involve preformative material, Torsio–Inflexio, CUBE correspondence, scaffolding reorganisation, integration of the SPINE axis, an INFERNO crisis, an update of the Narrator and Autosynergy, which preserves continuity between loosening the old pattern and building a new organisation. The publication retains the status of an experimental scientific model in beta phase. It distinguishes source-based knowledge, documented observation, analogical transfer, authorial interpretation and working hypothesis. The article does not constitute a diagnosis or treatment protocol. It establishes a coherent map of concepts, relations and predictions that may be developed through standardised case documentation, imaging, movement analysis, biomechanical modelling, neurophysiological studies and independent interdisciplinary validation.
