A case of sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy is presented in which there was extensive involvement of gastrointestinal tract. This is an unusual site for extranodal manifestation of this histologically distinctive histiocytic proliferation. There was also a striking degree of bone marrow replacement.
