Conductometric titration curves using some bases give important knowledge about the structure of the electric double layer on the surface of polystyrene lattices. This analysis showed that the Stern layer charge increases with an increase in the surface charge of latex(δO) and at about the same rate as δO does, reaching a virtually constant diffuse-layer charge.
