Previous studies have shown the relationship of air pollutants and meteorological factors with the spread of VOCID-19. This research aims to determine if there is a significant correlation between meteorological variables (temperature, precipitation, wind speed) and atmospheric pollutant (PM2.5) with the COVID-19 pandemic cases in Bogota and Barranquilla, Colombia in 2020. Pearson correlation and Spearman correlation analyses were used according to their normal distribution by the Shapiro Wilk test. Our findings indicated a significant correlation for temperature with daily cases in the city of Bogotá and Barranquilla.
