Mathematical analysis demonstrates global regularity in 3D Navier-Stokes systems via topological phase decoherence, indicating the complete prevention of finite-time singularities.
This document formalizes the global regularity proof for the 3D Navier-Stokes equations via phase dynamics in spectral space. We abandon the classical bottom-up analytical approach based exclusively on energy magnitudes and demonstrate a topological phase decoherence mechanism induced by the Leray Projector in Fourier space. Through the Littlewood-Paley decomposition and Bony's paraproduct in the critical Besov space Ḃ⁻¹_∞,∞, we derive the closed dyadic phase evolution equation and prove the Lyapunov instability of resonant triads. The resulting precession time scale (τ_phase << τ_turnover) guarantees a destructive cancellation rate C · 2⁻ᵈʲ, preventing the formation of finite-time singularities and ensuring the existence of smooth global solutions C^∞(R³×[0,∞))
