Rotational Spacetime and Raw Energy Research — Part 05

Part 05 concludes the first stage of the independent conceptual development of the Rotational Spacetime and Raw Energy framework. This record consolidates the principal hypotheses developed in the preceding parts and identifies the mathematical, observational, and computational questions required for further evaluation. The work is intended as an exploratory research archive. It does not claim experimental confirmation of a new physical law, nor does it claim to invalidate General Relativity or the Kerr solution. Instead, established frameworks are retained as essential reference points against which the proposed ideas may be evaluated.
