Relevant data were gathered from established academic databases, specifically Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Shodhganga. To ensure data integrity and analytical rigor, strict selection protocols were applied, focusing entirely on peer-reviewed, publicly available literature without direct human participant involvement. The synthesized review highlights the neuro-biological, energetic, and psychological mechanisms through which self-transformation via Raja Yoga acts as a foundational driver for global peace, harmony.
