A cannulation technique for the collection of rete testicular fluid from conscious goats was described. The daily output of fluid and spermatozoa by the testis of 5 goats re-mained constant during the first 10 to 14 days after surgery. Some observations on the char-acteristics of rete testicular fluid and spermatozoa were also made.
