Standardization of Wound Photography Using the Wound Electronic Medical Record

In Brief The authors discuss how electronic medical records have been shown to promote patient safety, facilitate communication between providers, reduce costs, and facilitate evidence-based practice. Implementation of a protocol at the authors' institution is discussed.
