This research aims to know the influence of motivation and work culture on performance of employees Department of community empowerment and the village, Population Control and family planning Pesisir Selatan Regency. Respondents used amounted to 57 employees at the service of the community empowerment and the village, Population Control and family planning Pesisir Selatan Regency. Statistical analysis techniques used include test instrument of research in the form of test validity and reliability, frequency distribution, average and TCR. While the hypothesis testing studies use statistical techniques of linear multiple regression analysis. Results of the study found that: work motivation and work culture positive and significant effect on performance of employees.
