An overview of actual problems related to graphic training at technical high educational institutions is performed in this paper. The identified problems’ arranging in a framework of dissertation research has been realized. For comparison of information actuality of monitoring, conducted in 2009, materials of Internetconferences on the graphic training quality problems are used.
