To enhance the standardization, scientific accuracy, and intelligence of physical training, modern sports training should utilize information technology to manage big data in real-time and build an appropriate control platform. This paper examines big data management in track and field training, focusing on three key factors: data collection, analysis, and application. It also explores three artificial intelligence technologies—machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics—to evaluate their predictive accuracy. Results show that the multivariate regression method offers the highest prediction accuracy, and a strong polynomial relationship exists between training outcomes and injury prevention. This highlights the potential of artificial intelligence and big data to improve training effectiveness and reduce injury risks.
