Role of "Green" Investments in the Formation and Development of a Low-Carbon Economy

The research is devoted to the issues of resource provision of environmental protection projects through environmentally neutral "green" investments and the subsequent transition to a low-carbon economy. The research investigates different instruments of “green” financing and features of their use. Russian and foreign practice of socially responsible investments, trends and barriers to it’s development are examined. Conclusions are drawn about the effective configuration of the state and the private sector to stimulate "green" investment.
