Big Data and Knowledge Management in Virtual Knowledge Incubators

Data is an important factor in today's world because nowadays everything is based on data. In the education field, in e-government, organizations, healthcare, businesses, banking, agriculture, construction and so on everything is dealt with by the data. The concept of big data helps the retailers and the service providers to know the quality of the service, this in turn will lead to improvisation of their service and products. The major motive of this study is to highlight the importance of big data and knowledge management in virtual incubators. The objective is to present the integration between the PCA and Andrews curve for the analysis of employees which is processed from the view of a virtual incubator. To do so, the principal component analysis or PCA are used and for the purpose of representation Andrew's curve is used. Given the results, utilizing integrating PCA and Andrews curve one can identify the data points and the entire structure.
