Small-angle x-ray and electron scattering from (SN)x crystals is reported. Analysis of the scattering curves yields identification of rodlike scatterers with diameters of 50–100 nm and a density different from that of the matrix (SN)x. No scattering from microscopically observed fibrillar entities with diameters less than 10 nm was detected, indicating that these features bear approximately the same density as the matrix.
