Different kinds of envelope solitons near the plasma resonances in magnetized plasmas are described by the generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation (GNSE) including high order dispersive effects and nonlocal nonlinearities. New stable soliton solutions of this equation, so-called chirped solitons, with spatially changing phase have been found analytically and numerically. Soliton bistability and triple-stability are predicted using the direct variational approach.
