We developed an electromagnetically spinning viscometer and applied it to the rheological measurements for biohazardous samples such as bloods. Blood fluidity can be evaluated from the measurement of viscosity curves, which show shear thinning behaviors mainly due to deformation of blood cells. In this study, we fabricated gel-like microparticles with different softness using our inkjet technique and investigated the difference of fluidity for their dispersions. The results show that the viscosity curves depend on the softness of the dispersed particles: The fluidity for the dispersion of moderate soft particles is quite similar to that of the human blood.
